Collin County Community College in McKinney

Andreola Terrazzo & Restoration completed a beautiful linear designed terrazzo floor for the Mckinney site of the Collin County Community College. The Andrea-Mennen Welcome Center boasts over 5,500 sq ft of white epoxy terrazzo complete with white and beige tan aggregates mixed with a reflective mirror fleck. Linear lines in the college colors of vibrant blue and shades of gray complete the appealing look as visitors are greeted in the welcome lobby and main center room. In addition, Andreola manufactured in their precast plant an impactful monumental staircase. Underneath the staircase a matching plinth and learning stairs for the students was designed resulting in a useful and pleasing focal point in the welcome center. The project was completed in early 2023.
