Andreola Terrazzo & Restoration provided new epoxy terrazzo flooring and performed installation of an in-place staircase at new condominium tower at Mercantile Place on Main in Dallas, TX. The project also included a monumental precast staircase from the first-floor lobby to the second-floor mezzanine.
Additionally, Andreola Terrazzo & Restoration restored the original terrazzo floor in the lobby of the Mercantile Bank tower. Using matched terrazzo patching, Andreola Terrazzo & Restoration brought the building’s lobby back to an as-new condition.
