The Engineering & Computer Science West Building at the University of Texas at Dallas is truly remarkable. The building itself was designed as a learning tool with all exposed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components color-coded to identify specific systems and to demonstrate engineering functions.
Contributing to the building’s LEED Gold certification is the environmentally friendly 25,000 square feet of polished concrete and 20,550 square feet of two-color terrazzo flooring and stair treads provided by Andreola Terrazzo & Restoration.
The work was performed on behalf of The Beck Group.
