The Rio Grande Campus of Austin Community College has a long history. Built in 1915, the building has seen many students and faculty over the last 100-plus years.
The Rio Grande Campus recently underwent extensive renovations. Prominent among the upgrades are the epoxy terrazzo features installed by Andreola Terrazzo & Restoration.
Andreola Terrazzo & Restoration completed 20,000 square feet of single-color epoxy terrazzo on four floors of the building along with four staircases of precast treads and risers with stringers and 3,000 feet of precast terrazzo base.
Andreola Terrazzo & Restoration performed floor leveling on all floors to accommodate the terrazzo floor installation.
